Post this in case it's useful to anyone else. Basically it's just a guide to drag across your terrain medium to maintain your road width.
There's one for 9ft and 10ft wide lanes. They're meant to basically be guides. Drag them across the plaster / Smooth-it or xps foam and you have even, parallel lines.
Uploading 9' (2.75m) and 10' (3m) wide double lanes.
