N scale Track-End Bumper, Hayes-Built style
This bumper is more detailed than what you can find for sale commercially (for example from Bachmann or Walthers Cornerstone). It features bolt head details and rail profile. It has a snug fit with my Atlas Code 80 N-scale track. I included a photo of the real one used as inspiration for this model, taken from Google Street View in Montreal Canada.
I tried printing it on the Markforged X7 (filament printer) with 0.1mm layer height but my first attempt failed due to a loss of definition in the small legs of the bumper.
It printed really nicely on the Formlabs 3L resin printer using grey resin.
