N Scale Train Trays

When I first started with our N-Track club I would keep all of my locomotives and cars in there original boxes. This made it take longer to setup and cleanup.
So the next thing that I did was take tackle box trays and line them with craft foam. I save all of the original boxes. And the tackle box trays were set up as cosises. But it was a problem removing the lids and get to the box that I wanted.
So after purchasing a 3D printer I deiced to 3D print trays with open tops. Didn't work out as planned. Could not print as big as I wanted and the trays were always warped.
So next try was to purchase trays and 3D print divider for them and line them with craft foam.
So this is how I setup the system to meet my needs.
Trays were set up to support conist.
I used a Brother Label Printer to print labels to put on the four sides of the trays.
You can stack up to 14 trays.
The top tray should be empty (or just paperwork)
