N54 Intake Vacuum Adapter

This is a vacuum adapter for walnut blasting the intakes on a BMW N54 engine. This was designed to be easily printed and produce a robust end product. It swivels to reduce stress applied by the vacuum hose. I use this thing with a shop vacuum having a 1-3/4" end.

Any abrasive blasting deadman valve can be adapted using commonly available fittings to attach tubing of the desired length to deliver the walnut media. The media is delivered to the deadman valve by a pressurized abrasive blaster.
