Name Key-chain

This is a simple project to help students learn the basics of 3D printing. This is customizable, therefor each student can design one with their name and have something to take home and use.

Depending on the difficulty you want, you can use the .STL file that just needs the name text added or you can have students build the entire design using the shapes. They also have the choice to make the text for their name raised or indented, which gives them examples of the difference between using solid shapes and using holes.

Feel free to let them experiment and make unique key-chains with different shapes.
