Nameplate for apartment mailboxes (parametric)

Parametric (adjustable) nameplates, for apartment mailboxes, doors, or whatever you like. A friend asked me to print some name plates for his apartment building's mailboxes. I'm writing these instructions for myself, in case I need to print more later. You can use this model to make different sized signs with text – just modify the parameters. I have provided three examples: the txt files show you the parameters that were used, and the stl's are the resulting model.
