Nano Cutter

Ispirandomi ai vari microbit, ho pensato di progettare questo micro cutter. E' un pratico portalama che permette di portare con se in sicurezza, la lama affilatissima di un bisturi, così potrai averlo sempre con te ovunque tu vada! Il cutter è composto da 3 pezzi: un'impugnatura, un inserto portalama e un tappo a vite. La lama viene inserita nell'inserto e poi avvitata sull'impugnatura. Il tappo presenta due fessure utili ad avvitare la lama sull'impugnatura. Il tappo si avvita sull'impugnatura e ha un anello per agganciarlo al portachiavi. Consiglio di stampare i componenti con un'altezza dello strato di 0,12 mm. Non servono supporti. Non serve colla. It's a practical blade holder that allows you to safely carry a very sharp scalpel blade, so you can have it with you wherever you go! The cutter consists of 3 pieces: a handle, a blade holder insert, and a screw cap. The blade is inserted into the insert and then screwed onto the handle. In the cap, I specifically created 2 slots that serve to screw and unscrew the blade without risk of injury. The threads are 1mm with a clearance of 0.2 mm, they shouldn't be too hard to screw together. The cap screws onto the handle and has a ring to attach it to a keychain. I recommend printing the components with a layer height of 0.12 mm. No supports needed. No glue needed. Have fun!
