Nano Talon - wing spar conversion

About a 1-2 years ago the wings fell off my nanotalon mid-flight. The carbon fibre wing spars where they just left the wing gave way. 4S was fun until that happened.
I left my nanotalon collecting dust as I thought it was an okay plane but no worth spending big on spare wings. Until I saw Bonafidepirates flat wing mod.

I decided it would be stronger with a spar joining both wings. I think the EVO version has one.

1/ Print & install the awesome flat wing mod

2/ Print two of my spar supports.

3/ Get some 4mmx4mm rectangular carbon fibre

4/ Cut out the old wing spar 50 mm back and cut a space for these spar supports. The open part of my support goes over 50 mm of the existing wing spar. I had to hacksaw through some plastic.

5/ Glue wing spar holder in place. I used UHU POR.

6/ Trim spar to the right length
