http://krestoni.com Simplified design that fulfils the requirements for ease of use, ease of manufacturing, ease of assembling and cost of manufacturing. It is really easy for manufacture and assembling thanks to the snap-fit joints used which eliminate the need of fasteners or eyelets. Injection moulding process is used for manufacturing of the plastic parts. The contact terminals are with double option both male quick connect (4,7 X 0,5 mm) and thru-hole printed circuit board. The material for the plastic parts is glass reinforced Polypropylene which gives needed rigidity and durability. The switch is normally open and is used for positive pressure. Total mass is 0.0018kg. In the images you can see also the parting of the plastic details. The faces colored in orange are the cavity side, blue colored are for the core side and sky blue are formed by slider. There are 2 modifications uploaded in 3D STEP file format. As you can see the second one is without end plastic plate which makes the whole product easier for manufacturing and assembling. Dimensions: 14x14x7mm. Assembling: *1st step - connect "Terminal 2" to the "Middle base" and the "Adjust contact" using "rivet 1". * 2nd step - connect :Round contact" to "Terminal 1" and the "Middle base" using "rivet 2". *3rd step - put the "Diaphragm" at the right place and just push the "Base/Port" to the "Middle base" until the snap-fit joints "click".
