Navy Heritage is a recreation of a 1970's Navy recruiting poster of a sailor and little boy looking at the USS Constitution. This is the classic, U.S. Navy Heritage poster showing a Petty Officer First Class with his child admiring the historic U.S.S. Constitution (Old Ironsides). The artist was Louis James Nolan.
