Ncase M2 140mm fan top bracket

Allows the mounting of 140mm slim or 25mm fans at the top of the Ncase M2 case without needing to buy the separate bracket from Ncase.

Remixed from a backet that used 140mm fans.

I printed in ABS 35% infil. The original maker recommends petg for slight flexibility.
