This object is intended for adults only. It is inspired by medieval finger stocks. This restraint holds fingers of both hands at the neck.
There are two types of this restraint: This "Strict" version has an angle of 180° in order to limit arm movement. The "Relax" version allows an angle of roughly 120° between both hands, it is available here:

Locking: Grab into the finger holes and close the restraint until the lockbars shut.
Opening: Just press the lockbars - if your fingers are free to move...
The shape of the fingers is highly individual. You will need 3D models of both left & right hand to place fitting finger cut-offs. A hand measurement set and a generator for individual 3D hand models is available here:

Sizing: Sizes depend on neck diameter and hand width. There are 4 neck sizes available:
- 120mm / 4.7" (circumference 37,7cm /14.8")
- 130mm / 5.1" (circumference 40.8cm/16.1")
- 140mm / 5.5
