Neco-arc

### Changes:
- removed outline geometry
- thickened legs for better strength
- thickened tail for same reason
- extruded eye/mouth geometry, which miraculously made them work as a negative in my slicer
- subdivided some geometry to make it look less polygonal
- replaced ear furnishings with same outline but different geometry that actually prints
- adjusted pose slightly so that feet stand evently.
- flattened head a little bit so that it's much easier to print upside down without having head tip failing to print

model can't stand on its own so it needs to be glued to some sort of stand/pedestal

for FDM i recommend printing model upside-down since hair requires supports which don't work well for tiny hair tips, resulting in failure or low quality.
