Needle roller bearing

When I downloaded and printed card shuffler from MW, I somehow miss it will need 9 bearings. Well, i bought them, but not happy with this.Few days later I checked for bearings with small diameter, but PIP bearings are very loose.Mine project need 0.2 and eventualy 0.4 extruder for tight tolerances and knife to cut plastic needles.There are 3 dimmensions for now, I can create more if someone will need it.7/15mm, 17/25mm, 31/39mm and 7mm height. Cutting tool is for 3 needles sizes. Use scale in Z dimension to print higher bearings. Print first table. There is part for cutting filament into needles and rings for loading them into rollers. Use any platic.Then you print rollers with 0.2 extruder and with different material than rest of the bearing. Choose what dimension you need.Insert roller into ring, put needle in, rotate to the next hole, repeat till it's full.Then print bearings from third table, there is pause before closing.
