Nefertiti Bust

This is a tiny (70mm / 2.8in tall) miniature of the Nefertiti bust. I've 3D printed it with 100um resolution and carefully post-processed to remove any imperfections. To give it an authentic look, I coated it with two layers of Metallic Silver paint (an acrylic paint with powdered silver). I finished it with clear, very durable wax-based coat (for additional protection from environmental factors, such as UV light, rain, etc.).

This 3D CAD model was originally made available by artists Nikolai Nelles and Nora Al-Badri under Creative Commons License. The uploaded CAD file is reduced to 200k faces resolution to make the file more manageable, while still yielding excellent print quality. The size is kept original, so if you want to print a miniature version, like I did, you can easily scale it down to the desired size in a slicer software of your choice (I used Cura).
