After buying a budget all-metal hotend from AliExpress to print ASA consistently, I had to design a new mount for the X-axis limit switch on my Neptune 2. This mount allows you to slightly adjust the position of the limit switch to accommodate the new hotend setup.
I printed the mount in PLA with 100% infill, which took around 1 hour and 30 minutes and used approximately 12 grams of filament. If you print it as shown in the attached photo, supports are required.
If you're planning to print inside an enclosure, I recommend using a more heat-resistant material like PETG, ASA or ABS.
Hope this helps and saves you some design time!
