Nerf Blaster Optics

This will fit most of the Nerf Blasters with tactical rails. It will not fit the Elite Distruptor because the front sight is about 2mm too tall. It took roughly 8 hours to print. The dimensions to fit the rail were developed based on the Retaliator because, of the blasters available for testing, it was the most restrictive. The fit on the rails of the Revoltinator, Ripchain, and the Fortnite AR-L were more forgiving. Included in the files is a test gauge that can be printed to check the fit to the rail of the blaster you have. The gauge took a bit over an hour. Adjusting the dimensions/tolerances with this test piece will be a lot faster than printing the entire model. I printed the test gauge vertically so that support wouldn't be required. I used brim to make sure that it didn't get knocked out of position by the extruder. Also, you can use the guage as a base model to design your own.
