Barrel material used is 1" OD x .884" ID Aluminum tubing cut to 12-inches in length.
Every component for the back half of the blaster is identical to the regular dart-firing Caliburn. The hardware set is also identical with the exception of an extra extension spring being needed for the "RTooth4".
