I remixed a muzzle brake and a front piece to make a barrel for the Nerf Hammershot. It requires no shell cutting of any kind, you just need to open the shell and replace the front sight.
V3 I slightly edited the top, so that it will be more durable. I just filled in a tiny gap so it won't try to split.
