Nerf Mini Flywheel

Was looking for a mini flywheel for a nerf project and couldnt find any files. Decided to attempt these on my own. They work under 2s and 3s in my testing so far, however, I have not used a chrono

If they are a little tight to get on, you may need to use a rod file on the ID.
