nerf speed loader optimized and improved

This is the most cost efficient speed loader design on thingiverse. other designs took 12-16 grams of filament to print but this one only costs 9 grams. This design is also slightly more compact and is able to be tipped upside-down with out the darts falling out. If someone wants me to, I can make ones with other dart amounts.
