Aim for the eye, it's Gohma! This is intended to be a 28mm scale miniature based on the art for Gohma from The Legend of Zelda for the NES. It is sized to be a Large creature, or one on a 50.8mm / 2in diameter base.

Included is an "art accurate" smooth version of Gohma, as well as a crusty, spiky, edgy sort of take on the model, and versions with and without a base.
