After a few years of use, Nespresso coffee machines may present a defect. The needles that must pierce the newly inserted capsule wear out, and the capsule deforms without being pierced.
This happens more if over the years 'compatible' capsules have been used but made of plastic, or of the biodegradable type.
Nespresso does not supply spare parts for this defect, which generally occurs after a few years, therefore even outside the warranty.
The simplest solution is to make small holes with a sharp knife.
The model offered here is instead a quicker and more practical solution.
Printing is really simple. I did some prints in PLA, others in PETG (a little better for food tools).
I used infill 30%, to be on the safe side, but never tried lighter options
After printing, it must be completed by inserting nails. One should be placed in the center in the narrow part, and at least a dozen in the wide and flat part. The heights of the print have been calculated to fit 12mm stainl
