This quadruped modifies kasinatorhh's remix of regishsu's quadruped in the following ways:
1. Electronics base holds an Arduino Nano 33 IoT, PCA9685, and charging circuit for the LiPo battery.
2. Top body plate to fit over the electronics base
3. Spider head is replaced with a cute Lock Ness monster head and neck remixed from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5610090/files
4. Upper body includes a cut-out to accommodate a slide switch
5. Lower body has an opening to allow replacement of LiPo battery without disassembling the body
6. Battery cover for the lower body
In addition the code has been modified/enhanced to run on the Arduino Nano 33 IoT and is available at: https://github.com/garnold335/nessie-quadruped
The robot is controlled by a bluetooth gamepad controller.
Parts list for the electronics:
12 x MG90 servo
1 x PCA9685 (I used the Adafruit one)
1 x 12amp DC-DC voltage regulator 4.5V-30V to 0.8V-30V set to output approx. 5.5V for the servos
1 x 7.4v 1500mAh 40C Li
