I know there are already many of these out but I found that they either didn't fit or didn't look very good. I designed my own one so it looks good and fits well.
If you want a snug fit then don't scale the file in your slicer. However, if you want a looser fit then I suggest a scale of 1.1 (110%). I used a 0.2mm layer height and a fill density of 15% but you could easily go to 0% and it would be fine.
NOTE: I always print this with a brim to make it adhere to the build bed much better. I haven't tried without.
