Having had a newborn during Covid, I became very conscious of just how much people tried to innocently touch, hug or hold a newborn and how easy it is for their little immune systems to come under pressure. A friend has just had a new baby and I designed this as a polite way of notifying family and friends that I would prefer if people approached with upmost caution, reminding people to ask before reaching in to the stroller or cot.
