Nexus 3 speed Shift Handle

This is my first submission. It is the cover for a Nexus 3 speed internal shifter handle. It goes over the twist grip on a shifter lever. The part has a threaded hole for a 3/8"-16 piece of threaded rod. This is the size of most beer tap handles so they can be easily attached. Please give any feedback on design or strength improvements as this is still a work in process. Please be kind and thank you in advance.
