NF Crazy Shield

This is a modified block shield from BLV's metal kit with the following changes:

1. Chops the top where it mounts to the rail block
1. Chops the front where the grills are
1. Adjusts the hot end height by 2.5mm to accommodate the difference in height vs. a v6
1. Removes the part cooling fan inside tabs to make fans easier to install into the duct (I always have a problem with the original part where I have to fit by hand cutting out a lot of material)
1. Creates a duct to adapt a 40mm fan to the 25mm NF Crazy mount. Presumably, this would also work on a Mosquito.

Also as a bonus, a 16 LED neopixel ring mount.
