A little wall mountable holder for a 25mm NFC tag embossed with a logo to encourage scanning. I just used a marker to color the embossed logo, but I'm sure this could be printed with the graphic flat and with two colors to make that more permanent if desired.
The screw holes are intended to fit a standard drywall screw.
