Inspired by others, I wanted to print my own D6 dice. I know, it does not make sense, but I wanted to do it. :-) These are 16mm dice. Then, I wanted to print them dual color to have better contrast on the die eyes. But, I did not want to waste soooo much filament and time on all the hundreds of color switches. So, I decided to print the sides individually, concentrating the color switches only to a couple of layers, print the body, and glue everything together. IMPORTANT! This print is not easy! The hollow die body especially, has a very small contact surface with the build plate! Because of it's thin structure and it's height, it can start to vibrate, and if it does, it can be ripped off by the printing head.Make sure your build plate is cleanIf you run into troubles, try printing slowlyIf parts get ripped of, I recommend using glue to improve the adhesion on the build plateIf nothing else helps, add manual supports to the upper parts of the problematic structure.
