ninebot es2 front spring damper

ninebot es2 v1.5 has very weak front .. ugh...'suspension', so when you run over any tiniest bump it is like your scooter is about to get busted

the idea is basically the same as the polyurethane spring buffer which is used in car suspension to increase spring rate and reduce a chance to break a spring.

you can adjust stiffness by playing with infill percentage and wall width. i think gyroid infill works best.

the result - very smooth ride, not like with m365 air tires, but close enough.

print in TPU only, no zip ties required, lube with grease before installation.
