Ninja Blender Latch Fix

The Ninja blender was great, until it was not. It has a complicated safety system with a multi-bend pushrod sensor. The spring and rod system developed slack even with fairly infrequent use. Of course it failed just after warranty expired and the cheapest offered option was not cheap. (If you don't have on of these blenders, I'd recommend a different model or brand after this experience.) All that aside, this simple model clicks nicely into place and keeps the lid snug which keeps the pushrod engaged. Happy blending!
