3D printed Nintendo Switch Joycon housing. I've printed in multiple layer heights, though .2 and under seem best to look and feel like a quality product. Print with 2 walls if you want an easier time screwing everything, or 3 walls if you're willing to trade time, material, and a more complicated re-assembly process (I had a few screws go flying before getting them to thread), for a heftier build. I've used generic and Bambu PLA, but a transparent PETG could be cool. I think the original and most 3rd party joycon housings (I believe) are ABS. I modified the rear housings to remove the trigger cover so it could be printed with the face on the build plate. I also added more support around the button that allows you to remove the joycon from the console and added a small rectangular bump near the edge of the trigger area to reduce the spring travel and feel more dialed.
