NITECORE NU33 Strap Hinge Replacement

A replacement Strap Hinge for the NU33-Series Headlamp.
I loved my NU33 but the strap mount broke after regular everyday use. This is a close replica to the original with minor differences.

The main difference is the pegs used to pivot the hinge are substituted with M3 set screws (you can use regular M3 screws, they just won't be flush.) The screws thread directly into the plastic and should protrude a few mm into the headlamp housing.

The adjustment detents should still click properly on the replacement, just be sure your Z-seam is not on the corner of the tabs as seen in the slicing pictures. I would print it vertically with as little part cooling as you can for best layer adhesion.
