Been watching the fan showdown and other stuff on Major Hardware's youtube channel for a while and while designing a fan profile for a different application i decided to make a copy of it, alter it as best as i can for a pc fan application and see if it's interesting enough to make it into an episode.
It's name is made from where I started with it's design: No Numbers used For Design - NNUF-D
The name is mostly accurate although, the original design i took this from is where I used a 35 degree angle to set up the initial attack angle and moved on from there. From that point, for this design, it's mainly all by eye and i haven't run any CFD for it so for all i know it would just splash air everywhere.
That said i essentially made this to have some fun. I used the hub mesh that he provides on his page and the fan model he has there also as a "bounding box" to keep my blades within spec for the noctua frame.
