No-Screw Key Boss

Sick of key holders that need screws, constant tinkering, and still end up rattling? This one skips all that. It just uses a regular 4 mm zip tie. Print it, thread it through, lock it down, done. Holds as many keys as you want, never needs re-tightening. Grab a 250 mm zip tie (or two shorter ones), print A+B+C for one long tie, or A+A+C for two short ones. There’s also an optional shim (part D) if you want it extra snug or want to add some color, plus an extension if you need to clip on a car key or fob. Print takes about an hour, no supports, PLA works great. Fans on high for those bridges. Assembly’s basically self-explanatory—just check the pics, zip it, and you’re good to go.
