No Stitch Wallet:
This wallet can be easily produced with a LASER CUTTER.
Best is to use a vegetable tanned smooth leather with a thickness between 0.8mm - 1.2mm.
The prototype seen in the pictures was produced in a 100 WATT CO2- LASER. I cut the leather by 35 mm/ sec and 50% to 85% of power.
These values can differ, depending on the leather and Laser Cutter you use.
After finishing the cutting it is highly recommended to wash the wallet with saddle soap (especially the edges!).
For an ideal result you can dye the edges with Edge Kote and apply Leather Dressing.
