Mounting a Noctua fan on a hotend is not a new thing.
But having no heat resistant filament for shroud printing and wanting to mount it anyway made me design this simple adaptor. It lets you reuse the original fan shroud and screws.
You can easily cut the screws to fit the depth of the holes, using a wirecutter.

In this case it's a NF-A4x20 5V fan on a 24 volt printer with a 5 volt fan outlet. Use whatever fan fits your printer.
I recommend soldering the wires together, if you need to extend them.

Now I can sit next to my printer without my ears getting tired. So comfortable! Should have done this much earlier.

Edit, 31/01/2020: Made a few minor changes and added the new files.
