What if a fan but, more?
Two Noctua A12x25s squished to half height and stacked on top of each other. The offset of the two is meant to act like the double element wings of some racecars, theoretically increasing airflow through a combination of complicated aerodynamic effects that somebody besides me understands. Additionally, the doubled (halved?) aspect ratio of the blades might increase the lift/drag ratio. Potentially.
