Nomad Riser w/ Cutout

Identical to the Nomad Riser Resized, except I cut out a hole in the middle to save on some filament and printing time. One effect of this is that any drips from the Nomad that would normally pool under the Nomad during operation now will drip below the stand in the center. This works better for me, as I keep my Nomad on a bar mat to catch those drips, but it may be messier for other setups.
