Noodle extruder

This thing extrudes noodles from dough! I designed it to make spicy Indian crispy noodles to eat with a glass of wine at 6.00 PM. It works well! We tested just now!

UPDATE! I have just revised the handle design to make operation easier (for me anyway). The little knob is connected to the new handle with a metal M4 X 12 bolt. I did try a plastic one, but that breaks too easily. Tighten the bolt not quite all the way - the knob needs to be free to rotate.

I also added a few new ends to make strips, crosses, fewer (but longer) noodles :-)
