Notebook stand with pencil holder

This design that I made was created to help with the problem of organization. As a student myself it can be hard to stay focused and keep all my work organized. This design helps solve multiple issues that students encounter while working from home. First, it holds notebooks, planners, or paper upright to make it easier to view while working, so the user continues to look up at both the computer screen and paper that is needed. Sometimes depending on the object that the user is attempting to hold up or the position that the user is in while working, different angles are useful for different situations. This is why the slate that has the lip to ensure that the notebook does not slide off is not attached to the stand. The stand contains slits in the bottom portion to allow the slate to slide in at the desired angle by the user.
