Nozzle Assistant.
You can buy a tool and adapter to use a socket at the hardware store but why spend $12 when you can just get a $3 6mm socket and make it yourself? Plus most of the drivers that you can adapt you find in the store are too long.
NOTE: If using the Micro Swiss hot end I believe that is a 7mm socket. The assistant will work fine with that. You will just need a different socket.
This is a simple handle and shaft that you can put a 3/8 6mm socket on. With this tool it is much easier to change the nozzle then dealing with those little wrenches.
Depending on how dialed in your printer is you may have to sand the locking bar to fit and clean the holes a little. It should be tight but not impossible to get in and out as needed. The main shaft is a little undersized to the handle for ease of assembly.
Designed in 3 parts for max strength and parts replace-ability.
Print as noted in the picture above.
I printed mine in PETG but PLA+ and maybe even regular P
