This is a remix of a remix :-)

The remix by shawe_ewahs was almost perfect for me, but my Ender 3 has some Neopixel LEDs mounted under the hotend fan cage which were skimming the bristles of the brush, so I made a nozzle cleaner version that has slotted bolt holes and slightly longer mounting arms so that I could lower the height of the cleaning brush a few mm. So, this remix just gives you a bit of leeway to lower the brush by up to about 7mm. You can still mount it in the same position as the original.
I also made a further version that has a larger cutaway on the right side of the mount. This is because I have a Pi camera Z-axis mount that slides on at this point (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3868687) which would otherwise need to be trimmed to fit with the nozzle cleaner mounted. I added a bit more width to the mounting arm to compensate for this.
As per the original, standard quality print at 20% infill is fine. I used PLA.
