I've made several of these handy little things to help me remember the size of nozzle I have on my Threedy printers.
It has five settings 0.2mm, 0.4mm, 0.6mm, 0.8mm, 1.0mm and S(for special!)
I keep this with the printer so I don't have to work out what nozzle size is on the printer. The S is for Special - perhaps a hardened nozzle or an experimental nozzle.
The files include the 4 parts as separate STLs and a further file with all the parts as it should be assembled.
I printed with a 0.2mm nozzle at 0.125 layer height with 3 perimeters and 6 top and bottom layers
The 'ruler' should be glued to the inner base piece and you may or may not get away with a push fit into the outer surround.
Note that the "eye" has an orientation (look for a little bump on an inside face) so that it can click into place along the ruler.
