nr200 Parametric GPU Support

This GPU support was designed originally for the XFX Speedster MERC 319 RX 7800 XT. The parameters of the SCAD file can be changed to fit any cards needed… only if the card is long enough. This model is designed for cards that hang over the GPU cut-out slot.
