NSPanel Wallplate Customizer

The original NSPanel wall plate mod for WALLY - Wall Plate Customizer only worked for dual gang boxes. I've refactored the code to allow putting NSPanels in 3,4, and 5 gang boxes, with a lot more choice about where in the box it goes.

The NSPanel is also now its own entry at the bottom of the plate type dropdown.

There is a new option in the customizer: odd nspanel. With this option off, the NSPanel will sit centered between the selected plate slot and the previous spot (i.e. putting it in slot 2 will center it between slot 1 and 2). Turning on odd nspanel will center the NSPanel around the selected slot, as shown in the attached 3 gang STL. Use it in boxes with an odd number of gangs if you want the NSPanel centered, or turn it off to add another switch or some ports.
