NTP clock case "Garfunkel"

This is a two-piece enclosure for my NTP clock project (BN32 PCB version). The case halves fit snugly together without screws, capturing the PCB between them. However, if you want to use screws, the bottom case accepts four countersunk button-cap M3x20mm screws.
