Nucleo-144 development board base

A simple base for Nucleo-144 board to avoid bending pins and scratching your desk.
Version i (May 2024) - two more small cutouts added for H7S3 board (also supports all the older Nucleo-144 models)
Version h - (Nov 2022) adjusted for Nucleo-U575 compatibility
Version g - (May 2021) central screw hole replaced with a rod to accommodate the new H74x boards with top layer components placed closely around the hole
Version f (updated Nov 2020, May 2021) - cutout added for L552, H745 and newer boards with extra passive components on the bottom surface, stronger center stand
Version e (November 2019) - side cutouts, optimized material usage, no conflict with Ethernet connector nor config resistors, board with this base attached may be put back into its original plastic cover.
