Nukeproof freehub cover

This is a replacement freehub protective cover/seal (v5) designed for Nukeproof bicycle hubs (such as Horizon or Neutron series). It acts as a shield against dust, mud, and water, protecting the internal freehub pawls, springs, and bearings from contamination.
This model features optimized clearances to prevent friction against the hub shell while maintaining a snug, protective seal.

Print Settings and Recommendations
Bicycle hub components are subject to environmental abuse (water, mud, grease) and mechanical friction.
Please follow these specific print parameters to ensure the part functions correctly and lasts:

Material: PETG (Mandatory. Do not use PLA as it lacks the chemical resistance to grease/degreasers and will degrade quickly under outdoor riding conditions).
Layer Height: 0.12 mm – 0.16 mm (Crucial for tight tolerances and thin overlapping edges).
Infill: 100% (Ensures the cover is solid and won't compress under assembly pressure).
Walls/Perimeters: 3 or more.
Supports: No
